How soon after roasting will my coffee be shipped?

To ensure maximum freshness, we roast our beans in small batches every Tuesday and Thursday. Orders are typically dispatched within 24-48 hours of roasting.

Do you offer your coffee pre-ground or only as whole beans?

We offer both! You can select 'Whole Bean' or choose from various grind sizes including Espresso, Filter, or Cafetiere to suit your preferred brewing method.

What are your UK shipping rates and delivery times?

We offer flat-rate Royal Mail Tracked 48 shipping for £3.95, or free delivery on all orders over £30. Most orders arrive within 2-3 business days after dispatch.

Can I return coffee if I don't like the taste?

As coffee is a perishable food product, we cannot accept returns on opened bags. However, if there is an issue with your order or the packaging is damaged, please contact us within 14 days for a replacement or refund.

Are your coffee beans ethically sourced?

Absolutely. We work exclusively with importers who guarantee Direct Trade standards, ensuring that farmers are paid significantly above the Fairtrade minimum price.

How should I store my coffee to keep it fresh?

Keep your coffee in its original resealable bag or an airtight container. Store it in a cool, dark place away from direct sunlight and moisture. We do not recommend storing coffee in the fridge or freezer.
